Our 18s Ambush tied took 13th place this weekend in the Fiesta Classic. Our 17s Attack did very well too. Our 16-1 Rage and 16-2 Warriors got in some great competition and can take the experience on into the AZ Region season. Keep up the great work ladies. Ambush was the only team from the AZ Region Championship Division to place in the top 32. The other 6 AZ teams that placed in the top 32 were teams that participated in the Open Division (The top division.) during AZ Region play in 2011. Ambush also placed higher than other open teams from other states, so they really showed what SVA is made of. Way to represent and leave it all on the court ladies. GO SVA!!!

SVA is currently conducting a developmental program. The program held year round for boys and girls 9-18. Training is conducted once a week for a nominal, "pay as you go", fee. Training is similar to the regular training for our Club teams but without the full financial commitment of a regular club team. We hope to foster the love of the game of volleyball with this program while developing players in the Surprise area so they can be more productive and give something back to the community through their Junior High or High School teams. Our 18s Ambush let their volleyball do the talking and earned a 2nd place finish today in the Gold Divison at the AZ Region, Regional Championships. That places them at #2 in the AZ Region 18s Championship Division. What a great Season!!!! Way to take it to them ladies, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! GO SVA!!!!!
